I use this shirt for the gym, and for wearing around town. Love the old school tree foil adidas graphic, and the quality of the shirt. I'm 6'0'' 190lbs, and went for the large, it fits perfect after going throught he dryer. Shipping was quick, and easy, no complaints. Quite happy with this purchase, since the t-shirt is a little more expensive than your "normal" shirt. But well worth it.
